Selection Process
The Inspire Fellows program uses a rigorous selection process based on best practices from leading nonprofit organizations and recruiting firms. The selection process has four stages:
Stage 1: Resume and Cover Letter
Applications for the Inspire Fellows 2010 program will be accepted from February 1 to March 8. Email your resume and cover letter (in Word format) to apply@proinspire.org.
Stage 2: Essay
The Review Committee will begin reviewing applications on March 1st. Candidates advanced to stage 2 will be asked to submit a brief essay and preferences for organizations they want to work at.
Stage 3: Phone Interview
Applicants who demonstrate the core qualifications in their application and essay will be invited to participate in a phone interview.
