Selection Process
The Inspire Fellows program uses a rigorous selection process based on best practices from leading nonprofit organizations and recruiting firms. The selection process has four stages:
Stage 1: Resume and Cover Letter
Applications for the second round selection process of Inspire Fellows 2010 will be accepted from June 1st to June 21st. Email your resume and cover letter (in Word format) to apply@proinspire.org. Applicants will be considered for these Inspire Fellow opportunities.
Stage 2: Essay
Candidates advanced to stage 2 will be asked to submit a brief essay and preferences for organizations they want to work at.
Stage 3: Phone Interview
Applicants who demonstrate the core qualifications in their application and essay will be invited to participate in a phone interview with ProInspire.
