Fellows: Selection
Selection Process ProInspire conducts a rigorous selection process based on our selection criteria and needs of hiring partner. Each year only 3-5% of candidates are selected as ProInspire Fellows. The selection process has four stages:
Stage 2: Essay Candidates advanced to stage 2 will be asked to submit essay responses and an assessment form.
Stage 3: Phone Interview Applicants who demonstrate the core qualifications in their application and essay will be invited to participate in one or more phone interviews with ProInspire.

- A minimum of two years of business experience by August 2012
- Passion for using their business skills to have a positive impact on society
- Humility and eagerness to learn
- Demonstrated initiative, self-direction and a “can-do” attitude
- Adaptability in ambiguous situations and demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
- Willingness to live in Washington D.C. for the program
