What do our nonprofit partners say about their ProInspire Fellow?
“She is fabulous. She captures what you say, makes it actionable, finds data to support the recommendation, raises assumptions to push your thinking, and does it all in half a day. FHI 360 has hosted a total of 5 fellows over the past few years. Our Fellows have made substantial impact; having their support allows our team to spend time analyzing key questions, set up systems to monitor organizational health and competitiveness, and support major projects that require an extra pair of capable and energetic hands. The Fellows are bright, motivated, and really impressive young professionals – we love having them!"

"Our ProInspire Fellow stepped into a brand new role for our organization and began adding value day one. Her marketing expertise has improved our student recruitment, teacher outreach and genearl brand building. I am most impressed with her ability to operate effectively with limited direction and how quickly she gained credibility and built strong relationships across our organization."

How does the Fellowship work?
How does the Fellowship work?
Recruiting: ProInspire recruits a talented, diverse pool of young business professionals who are passionate about using their skills in the social sector.
Selection: ProInspire conducts a rigorous selection process to identify finalists who are then invited to interview with hiring partners. Hiring partners conduct phone interviews and select candidates to meet in person during Interview Days. Hiring partners have final approval in selecting the Fellow for their organization, and can choose not to hire a Fellow after interviewing candidates.
Professional Development: ProInspire provides Fellows a robust professional development program throughout the year, including monthly workshops, coaching, and mentorship. This support enables them to adapt quickly and make an immediate impact on mission critical projects.
Who is a ProInspire Fellow?
