Program Overview
The ProInspire Impact Accelerator is a series of virtual trainings for professionals to deepen their understanding of their leadership strengths and skills, gain clarity on their personal mission, and set career goals. Participants will be equipped with the tools to find or create an opportunity to lead within the social impact sector.
This program is for individuals who want to make a career transition in the social sector. It is appropriate for people already working in a social impact organization who would like to take on more leadership, or for those who are looking to make a career transition into the social sector.
Program Outcomes
Impact Accelerator participants will:
- Articulate their motivations, strengths, skills, and values as they develop a personal mission statement
- Learn about opportunities in the sector, including types of organizations and roles, and identify where these align with their personal mission
- Better understand the intersection of leadership development and equity and its relation to the social sector
- Have clear next steps on decisions in their career journey
