Stephen Seed

Program Manager, City First Homes, Inc.

Stephen Seed has is a program manager at City First Homes, Inc., where he develops and oversees the homeownership program, as well as marketing and communications for the organization. In this role, he builds relationships with homebuyers, lenders, real estate agents, and other community partners to increase access to affordable homeownership in the District of Columbia. Stephen previously worked as senior program officer for the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing and Economic Development. Stephen is a certified Housing Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council. He is also a certified housing counselor through the NeighborWorks America. He has served on the Associate Board of Directors for the Latin American Youth Center. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
