ProInspire develops leaders at all levels for organizations addressing the world’s greatest challenges. Our programs include:
ProInspire Impact Accelerator is a two-day immersive institute for early-career professionals to deepen their understanding of the social sector, their leadership strengths and skills, their value to the sector, and how to translate that value into opportunity. After the institute, participants will be equipped with the tools and community support to find or create an opportunity to lead within the social sector. Completion of the Impact Accelerator program will signal readiness for social sector leadership.
ProInspire Fellowship is a highly competitive, year-long program where early-career professionals transition to the social sector and grow through on-the-job experience and participation in ProInspire’s leadership development program. Fellows bring strong business skills and perspective to a leading social sector organization in a targeted position focused on analysis, finance, fundraising, marketing, operations, human resources, project management, or strategy. They join the Fellowship cohort and begin ProInspire’s 12-month leadership development program upon their start date with the hiring organization. An average of over 70% of Fellows stayed at their organization after the Fellowship year ended, and more than 63% of Fellows have identified as persons of color.
Managing for Success program prepares new and recent managers with management tools and peer support. Managing for Success focuses on four key areas – managing self, individuals, results, and organizations. Participants develop skills through an integrated series of workshops, assessments, peer circles, and other learning experiences. In 2014, 94% of participants indicated the program was very or extremely helpful in improving their management skills. Over the past 2 years, 47% of Management Fellows have been persons of color.
ProInspire Fellowship in Digital Finance is a 12-month program for established professionals with a minimum of seven years of professional experience, and expertise in fintech, digital finance, or financial inclusion. This paid fellowship is a unique public service and learning opportunity that seeks to advance global financial inclusion as a tool for poverty alleviation by bringing expertise and diverse perspectives on digital finance to the U.S. Government. Fellows spend the year working in targeted positions where, in partnership with their host agency, they will use their knowledge and skills in digital finance to help expand government capacity in meaningful ways. Fellows also participate in inter-agency projects with other fellows, and learning activities with industry leaders.
Custom Programs are offered to organizations that would like ProInspire to deliver workshops from our existing leadership development curriculum, or create new workshops based on organization needs. Existing modules include topics such as Coaching, Delegation, Emotional Intelligence, Feedback, Managing Up, Understanding Personalities (with MBTI), and Understanding Your Strengths (with StrengthsFinder). Our faculty can facilitate modules from our programs for half day, full day, and multi-day programs.
