Meet ProInspire’s New Staff Members

ProInspire recently welcomed two staff members to our growing team. Mike Rocco joined ProInspire in May to lead our west coast efforts as the Bay Area Managing Director, and Kristen Lucas joined our team in July as the Senior Program Manager, ProInspire Fellowship and Alumni Engagement. Both Mike and Kristen bring a wealth of experience in the nonprofit sector, and with fellowship programs in particular. Mike most recently served for six years as the Executive Director and San Francisco Program Director at City Hall Fellows, while Kristen spent over nine years with Teach for America, leveraging her experience as a classroom teacher to help expand organizational capacity by managing team operations and strategy, and build competency by expanding the organization’s identity- and values-based leadership development programming.
