George Ho

Founder and Principal Consultant, Greater Human Capital

George Ho is a human capital consulting professional with experience working across the public, private and non-profit sectors. George is the founder and principal consultant for Greater Human Capital, a boutique firm based in Washington D.C. Prior to launching his own firm, he served as a senior consultant within Deloitte’s federal human capital practice, creating value for his clients in the areas of strategic change management, culture transformation, and technology adoption. Prior to joining Deloitte, he served as a human resources practitioner at several nonprofit organizations, including at Share Our Strength as a ProInspire Fellow.

George is also a passionate educator, proudly serving as an Adjunct Professor for the Master’s in Human Resources Management programs at Georgetown University and University of Southern California’s Bovard College. In 2017, George was honored with Georgetown’s Outstanding Faculty Tropaia Award. George earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University, with concentrations in International Economics and Environmental Resources. He earned his Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University, with a concentration in Strategic Human Capital Management.
