Megan Robinson

Communities In Schools

Megan Robinson joined Communities In Schools in February 2011. As Director of Program Investments and Partnerships, she works with the CIS network to maximize financial investments from corporate, foundation and federal funders.  In addition, she identifies and cultivates partnerships with national youth serving organizations to benefit local affiliates, schools, and students served by CIS.  Prior to her experience with CIS, she managed an early childhood development initiative for the City of Virginia Beach. Her background includes college counseling and managing grants for higher education, local government and workforce development. She holds a masters degree in counseling psychology from the University of Colorado and has volunteered with community groups such as Team Up Mentoring, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and So Others Might Eat. Megan enjoys running and yoga in her spare time.
