In a moment when racial justice commitments are being rescinded and equity work is under siege, ProInspire is deepening its resolve. For over 15 years, we’ve worked alongside leaders and organizations in the social sector who refuse to accept that burnout, inequity, and extraction are inevitable costs of pursuing justice. Our work is grounded in a simple but powerful belief: when BIPOC leaders most proximate to injustice are truly supported to thrive, not just survive, they create the conditions for their communities to thrive too.
