Nicole Lindler
Community Housing Partnership
Nicole Lindler is a ProInspire Fellow at Community Housing Partnership (CHP), a non-profit in San Francisco committed to providing high quality housing and delivering comprehensive services that empower the homeless and formerly homeless to rebuild their lives. At CHP, Nicole is responsible for managing the real estate activities from pre-development through operations to ensure that the assets are working to fulfill the mission of CHP. This includes providing financial oversight, managing compliance requirements, and liaising on new developments in the portfolio. Prior to CHP, Nicole was a Real Estate Specialist with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices where she worked to relieve $1.2 million of mortgage debt from low-income residents in Los Angeles, and assisted with the buying and selling process of residential properties in underserved markets. Nicole graduated from the University of Southern California with degrees in Business Administration and English. Outside of work, Nicole founded BundleTree Baby, a social enterprise and international babywear venture in Uganda, to empower local mothers with sustainable income opportunities and to fund child healthcare and education in rural communities. Nicole is an avid world traveler, creative writer, painter, and advocate.
