Anisha Anantapadmanabhan

FHI 360, Business Planning & Strategy Analyst

Anisha Anantapadmanabhan is a ProInspire Fellow at FHI 360, working on strengthening business support to global health and development projects through strategic planning initiatives. She is involved in process and outcomes efficiency analyses for various organizational systems and growth plans, interacting with various stakeholders at HQ and country offices. Anisha has an undergraduate degree in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and worked at Citigroup (New York) as a Capital Markets Financial Analyst. After two years of portfolio analysis and project management support, she left Citi to explore her interest in international development. Her journey began with a 6-month assignment as a Project Associate at Trickle Up, a global non-profit organization that provides seed capital and livelihoods support for poor communities. She then spent a year in Southern India, to investigate and evaluate investment opportunities in the rural private education market there. Amidst travel adventures, Anisha was also able to receive advanced vocal training in Indian Classical Music, an art that she pursues as a passionate hobby.

 

Post Fellowship: Anisha joined the World Resources Institute as Associate for Strategy and Management.
