Ashley Sigmon

Tipping Point, Strategic Partnerships Fellow

Ashley Sigmon is a ProInspire Fellow at Tipping Point Community, an organization that screens non-profits rigorously to find, fund and partner with the most effective organizations helping Bay Area individuals and families break the cycle of poverty and achieve economic self-sufficiency. Beyond dollars, Tipping Point provides its grantees with the communications, technical and management assistance they need to grow and increase their impact. As the Strategic Partnerships Fellow she will be working to provide the “beyond dollars support” through expanding the board placement program, assisting in planning and delivering high quality workshops offered to Tipping Point grantees, and helping to align and further develop the use of Salesforce to manage program and partner activities. Prior to joining Tipping Point, Ashley spent three years as a consultant in hospital revenue cycle management with Triage Consulting Group in Atlanta, GA. She worked with hospitals to identify and recover lost revenue through a comprehensive and sophisticated payment review and recovery process. Ashleyprovided hospitals with knowledge on Medicare and Medicaid and risk minimization consulting to reduce future cash loss. She was very involved with Triage’s social responsibility efforts, planning volunteer activities as well as a yearly fundraiser. Ashley devoted time outside of work to the Atlanta Plus Acumen chapter, the Red Shoe Society, Mocha Club and Make A Wish Foundation of Illinois. Ashley graduated with a degree in health policy and management from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She enjoys watching the Tarheels, exploring and spending time with her family and Goldendoodle Bella.
