What is your favorite form of self-care?

My favorite form of self care is to get my body moving and finding ways to strengthen it through weightlifting, boxing, dancing, swimming, and walking usually through my great passion which is traveling!

What is something that you’re learning about?

I am learning to set boundaries for myself and my relationships both professionally and personally.

Why do you do what you do?

My identities and lived experiences have shaped me into the person I am today. I want to create access and equity for all people to thrive because I have experienced the impact of a system that was not built for our success. I want to work towards dismantling these systems of oppression while centering humanity, kindness, empathy, and healing.
