Autumn Wilds-Leatham

AppleTree Institute for Education Innovation, Finance & Operations Manager

Autumn Wilds-Leatham is a ProInspire Fellow at AppleTree Institute for Education Innovation, an innovative nonprofit that develops and provides proven early childhood programs to the most underserved three- and four-year-olds to close the achievement gap before students enter kindergarten. Autumn focuses on many aspects of the accounting, operational, and facilities management of the AppleTree Early Learning Public Charter Schools, and assists in the development and implementation of Fundraising and Development Strategies. Autumn began her career at PNC Financial Services Group in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as an associate in the Executive Training Program in the Wealth Management division. Prior to joining AppleTree, Autumn was a Portfolio Manager in the Greater Washington Area based Wealth Management division, where she was responsible for managing assets, and providing solutions for high net-worth individuals. While at PNC, Autumn participated in a number of enterprise-wide initiatives including new business development for denovo market campaigns, thought leadership teams for investment and technology platform enhancements, and an employee business resource group that she initiated. Autumn enjoys being an active citizen in and around the community she lives in and has volunteered with a number of nonprofit organizations in the Greater Washington Area. Autumn has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Finance. In her free time Autumn enjoys playing tennis, traveling to new cities, and trying new foods.
