Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy, Marketing Manager

Camiel Irving is a ProInspire Fellow at Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy, a network of collegiate preparatory, urban charter schools. As the Marketing Manager, she is currently building a strategy that boosts student recruitment, and enhances the schools’ brand. Camiel began her career at 3M Company as a Sales Professional in the Healthcare Business. At 3M, she developed a niche for building SKU reduction models to gain new business from clients. Camiel credits her time in sales for her success at building strategic community relationships for Chavez Schools. Outside of work, she enjoys performing original poetry and participating in service projects with her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta. Additionally, she is a team lead for the Management Leadership for Tomorrow 2012 Giving Campaign. Camiel graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana with a BSBA in Sales and Marketing.

Post Fellowship: Camiel started her MBA at the Kellogg School of Business.
