Elisa Chen is a Design Strategist and Strategy Consultant partnering with organizations to develop analytical, evidence-based strategies with creative confidence to enable greater social impact and innovation in the work they do. With 10+ years of experience, Elisa advises organizations that span the health, education, and social economic development sectors in defining growth strategies, building capacity in human-centered design (HCD), and ensuring business optimization. Elisa works as a Design Strategist prototyping a real-time solution that helps first-time mothers receive needed pre- and post-partum support as they transition into motherhood. Previously, she helped FHI 360, a leading international development NGO, develop its 4-year organizational strategy and an innovation framework to capitalize on new market opportunities including impact investing. Earlier in her career, she worked at Accenture as a Talent and Organization Performance Manager defining learning strategies and leading change management initiatives for global energy and resource companies.

Elisa graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rice University with undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Managerial Studies.
