Elle Carne
Operations Manager, Capital City Public Charter School
Elle Carne joined Capital City Public Charter School in 2012 as the Operations Manager. She manages the daily operations of the PreK3-12 school including facility and risk management, supply inventory, food service and system development. She also coordinated the move of two 300 plus student campuses to one facility of approximately 930 students and 150 staff. Prior to joining Capital City, Elle was the Program Manager to the Assistant Vice President and Special Assistant to the Provost for International Relations at the University of Washington. She has a Master’s in Public Administration from the Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington and a B.A. in History and minors in French, African and European Studies, also from UW.
