Haley Fletcher

Senior Program Manager – Global Partnership Program, SeriousFun Children’s Network

Haley Fletcher is a Senior Program Manager for the Global Partnership Program of SeriousFun Children’s Network, where she oversees the operations of 13 programs serving children with HIV and other life-threatening illnesses in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.  As Senior Program Manager, Haley supports a team of four Program Managers in implementing in-country operations, hires and places 24 – 30 Field Consultants annually, supports the strategic planning for growth and sustainability, develops new programs and partnerships, and is the founder and manager of the Global Programs Fellowship Program. Previously, Haley spent two years teaching at YES Prep Public Schools in inner city Houston. Haley is a graduate of Rice University and holds a Master’s degree in International Development from the University of Denver and a Master’s degree in Politics from Rhodes University in South Africa.
