Inez C. Douglas

National Black Child Development Institute

Inez Douglas is the operations manager at the National Black Child Development Institute, an organization dedicated to the improvement and advancement of the quality of life for Black children and their families through education and advocacy. At university she majored in Economics, and later pursued studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations & Advertising, and completed postgraduate studies in Education Supervision. Her background includes work in both the public and private sectors, and within the last four years she has devoted her talents to working in the non-profit industry, which she credits for allowing her to see life in a more comprehensive way – people matter. Inez believes that life should be lived with purpose, and that everyone should seek to be a difference-maker in their sphere of influence.
