Jacques Benter

Jacques Benter is the Senior Support Administrator at Share Our Strength, an organization with the belief that everyone has a strength to share in the global fight against hunger and poverty. He supports a staff of nearly two hundred, along with two other staff members. Prior to joining Share Our Strength, Benter worked at the Department of Health and Human Services for four years, lastly within the Office of Inspector General as a digital forensic specialist. He has many years of volunteer work in the HIV/AID youth prevention with MetroTeen AID’s and SMYLE, in addition to volunteer work with Last Chance Animal Shelter for cat adoption and fostering. Benter attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where he studied computer science. He currently resides in Hyattsville, MD and is known to be a technology and animal lover.
