Juan Carlos Estrella is the Learning & Development Specialist for FHI 360. He has several years of experience in Human Resources in both private and public organization in Ecuador and the United States, specializing in Recruiting, Hiring, and Operations – and for the last 7 years – in Learning and Development. Estrella is able to work with people at all level within the organization, providing excellent customer service. He designs, develops, delivers and evaluates adult learning interactions in different topics related to HR, Leadership, Performance Management, and others. Estrella has a Master’s degree in Adult Learning and Human Resources Development from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Psychology from the Catholic University of Ecuador.
