Kanae Mori

Share Our Strength, HR Coordinator

Kanae Mori is a ProInspire Fellow at Share Our Strength, a national organization working to end childhood hunger by building public-private partnerships, investing in community organizations, and increasing access to federal nutrition programs. As an HR Coordinator, Kanae helps develop programs to ensure employee satisfaction, in addition to being involved in the recruitment and hiring process. Prior to joining Share Our Strength, Kanae worked at Simply Hired where she managed recruitment-advertising campaigns and client relationships. She volunteered at Upwardly Global to put her job industry experience to use, and mentored immigrant professionals who were looking to rebuild their careers in the U.S. Kanae has also been involved with Make-A-Wish Foundation and One Economy Corporation, and her various volunteer experiences inspired her to make the transition into the nonprofit sector. Kanae graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA in Global & International Studies and Psychology.
