Net Impact, Finance Manager

Lynn Lee is a ProInspire Fellow at Net Impact, an organization dedicated to mobilizing a new generation of leaders to drive social and environmental change on campus and throughout their careers. As Finance Manager, Lynn helps manage the accounting and finance activities at this small, fast-paced organization, working with team members to develop and manage program budgets to ensure overall operational and financial health. She supports the CFO on the annual budgeting process, monthly projection process, expense tracking, cash management, and budget to actual board reporting. Prior to joining Net Impact, Lynn worked at Time Warner Cable in the Revenue Assurance department, performing operational analytics to identify revenue opportunities and collaborating with other departments as a project lead to resolve variances. She began her career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in the Risk Assurance practice, gaining her analytical experience through financial and operational audits as well as a multitude of ad-hoc projects in various industries, including healthcare, entertainment, and mortgage banking. Lynn graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting. She obtained her CPA license during her time at PwC. Lynn has a passion for alleviating child poverty and was an active volunteer at Reading to Kids, INCLUDED, and Philanthro in Los Angeles. After her time at PwC, she lived in China for several months, volunteering with the elderly in the city and migrant children in urban slums outside the city. Outside of work, Lynn ‘s passion includes food, traveling, hiking, biking, kayaking, the Lakers, and just spending time with friends and family.
