Miho Kikujo

Miho Kikujo has over 19 years of experience working with both profit and non-profit companies in operational analysis and improvement. She is currently a Senior Operations Analyst at AARP Foundation Tax Aide program. Tax-Aide is a flagship program of the AARP Foundation delivering free income tax return assistance service to 2.6 million tax payers annually through a 35,000 volunteer work force nationwide. She is one of only 13 staff members at National Office who supports this large volunteer run program. She works very closely with remote volunteer leaders to develop and lead operational process and system improvement initiatives to support various organization objectives. She is also responsible for the integrity, analysis and reporting of critical program data to: secure external funding, achieve reporting and compliance requirements, track key program statistics, and monitor/measure program performance. Miho is currently enrolled in Georgetown University’s Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership program and holds Bachelor’s degree from Emerson College in Business and Organizational Communication.
