Ryan Chang

Ryan Chang is a ProInspire Fellow at REDF, a nonprofit dedicated to creating jobs and employment opportunities for the population facing the the toughest barriers to work. As the Special Projects Associate, Ryan is responsible for finding, developing, and executing new strategic opportunities to further REDF’s long term strategy of expanding job opportunities for those who face barriers. Previously, Ryan was a private equity associate at Gryphon Investors, where he analyzed new investment opportunities in the consumer industry. Prior to Gryphon Investors, Ryan was an analyst at UBS Investment Bank, working on capital financing and mergers & acquisitions in the media and telecommunications industry. With a background in investment banking and private equity, Ryan is excited to work with a mission-drive social enterprise committed to helping disadvantaged individuals and underserved communities. Ryan graduated from UC Berkeley with a double major in Business Administration and Statistics.
