Introducing the Founder's Fund
Fifteen years ago, our founder, Monisha Kapila, embarked on a mission to establish a nonprofit that would activate leaders and accelerate racial equity throughout the social sector. Through her hard work and foresight, ProInspire has evolved into an established Black-led, multiracial organization positioned to deepen its impact in service to racial equity and justice throughout the social sector.
